~As a movement artist, explorer and experienced teacher, my focus remains on both the individual and the collective human experience. Situated in the Pacific Northwest, I practice a variety of arts: literary, design, culinary, cinematic, dance, meditation, shinrin yoku, and ishnaan.
Seasonally, we wonder and wander together.
